Welcome to my football tutoring program! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve your goals on the field.
With years of experience as a flag football development coach and a track record of success in coaching championship teams, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to every tutoring session. My background includes working for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a Development Coach, serving as an athletic director for an NFL flag league, and coaching football and flag football. Through that I've honed my skills in leadership, strategy development, and player development.
As your tutor, I am committed to inspiring confidence, establishing legitimacy, and ensuring professionalism in every aspect of our interactions. You can trust that I will always prioritize your growth, well-being, and success as a student-athlete.

I believe in a hands-on approach to teaching, where I actively engage with my students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I utilize a combination of demonstration, instruction, drills, and scrimmage play to reinforce fundamental techniques, improve tactical understanding, and build confidence on the field. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and mental resilience in achieving success in flag football.
Typical Lesson Plan:
A typical lesson plan begins with a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for training. We then move on to skill-specific drills tailored to the needs of the individual or group, focusing on areas such as passing, catching, route running, defense, and game strategies. Throughout the session, I provide constructive feedback, correction, and encouragement to ensure continuous improvement. The lesson concludes with a cool-down period and a recap of key takeaways for future practice.
