I am a graduate of The Hayes School of Music at Appalachian State University where I studied in the Guitar Studio for four years and well as performed with multiple in-person and virtual guitar ensembles. Total of 9 years playing guitar and 4 years of classical training.

Just getting started as a teacher myself so my lessons are for beginner guitarists who are just getting started. Can work with you at whatever pace that you are comfortable with. I can work with some intermediate players on technique. Can provide sheet music and tabs for practice, and work with students on strumming patterns, chord shapes, finger picking, and basic music theory.
