About Danyang

Hi Guys, glad for having you here,

My name is Danyang ( you can also call me Vivian) who was born in Northeast of China- a city called Shenyang. so Mandarin is my mother tongue, I am also proficient in both English and German because I have been living Australia since 2009 and lived in Germany for 10 years, from 1998 to 2008.

Living in overseas for about 22 years enables me have a better insight into how to learn another language in an effective way, with that benefits I have let friends or acquaintances from different culture background both in Germany and Australia know Chinese, learn Chinese and fall in love with Chinese, along with exchanging our culture.

I am now teaching Chinese in two of Primary Schools in Sydney-Mathew Pearce Public School and Bella Vista Public School, even though working with little kids are challengeable for their less attention and limited comprehension ability , it makes me have more knowledge and methodology that enable my class more attractive and effective.

All in all, with my own language and living experience , I have better understanding in terms of your thinking and speaking style, and I also know how struggling you might be in leaning another language, please come to me, I will build your own language system, from 0 to advanced level.

About the lesson

- Combing with the theory and practice, I am putting most efforts to create a vivid lesson which enables the class easier understandable, more effective, unforgettable.

-For being Chinese teacher in Primary school in Sydney, I especially have experience working with the kids. I have strategy making the class more fun, stimulating and interesting.

-The length of a lesson can be varied, from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on YOUR circumstances, always happy to discuss a personal tailor class.

- my qualifications:
1. Community Languages Teaching Program
2.Naati (Advanced Diploma of Translating)
3.Master of Accounting in Curtin University, Sydney
4. Bachelor and Master degree of Economics in Freiburg University, Germany

- for living in overseas for 22 years, I have deep understanding how hard us to pick up another language, so I not only can help you teaching in Chinese, English or Germany, I also have a better insight how the way you are thinking and what makes you confused for the different culture.

- I have started teaching Chinese in my spare time as soon as my English and German reached to a certain level as in my opinion a happy conversation is the priority for a relax and efficient class, especially for the beginner. I really really enjoy teaching Chinese and introduce my students Chinese culture, this not only enables me make more friends, but also enables our friendship last longer.

-people from 3 yrs-old to unlimited age as long as you love to
learn Chinese;

- for travel, business in China;

- for own interest -improving Listening, Speaking,Reading and Writing level. etc
