To enhance the efficiency of teaching algebra and trigonometry, it is essential to employ certain strategies. Firstly, as a teacher I must engage in a dialogue with my students to gain an understanding of their existing knowledge and learning preferences. Secondly, creating a comfortable and distraction-free learning environment, along with having all necessary materials readily available, is crucial. Thirdly, clear and achievable short and long-term learning goals should be established in collaboration with the students. Fourthly, before moving on to more complex topics, the fundamentals of the subject must be thoroughly understood, and real-life examples should be used to illustrate concepts.
