About Samantha
I am a recent Master's degree graduate with over 10 years of experience working, teaching and caring for children ages 3-17. I've been speaking French for over 10 years and Spanish for over 5. I have experience teaching preschool students the basics of a language, as well as teaching AP students the more complex pieces of grammar. Learning a foreign language is one of the most inspiring and challenging things we can learn, and I understand that more than anyone. I will always be kind, patient and understanding as we figure out how to understand the language together!

My teaching methods and techniques are content and movement based, to truly help understand grammatical and vocabulary concepts. Lists of vocabulary to memorize will NOT be used here! A typical lesson plan will utilize games, songs and stories to help us understand how we use language in our day to day lives. Expect conversations, games, and hands on activities. These lessons are ideal for students ages 3-17, and adult learners who don't mind more creative and free flowing lessons.
