About Manuela
I have extensive experience in teaching Spanish have worked with students of various ages and proficiency levels. I am well-versed in both conversational and academic aspects of the language. I hold a foreign languages with business and economics degree from Georgia State University. I was born and raised in Cali, Colombia. These qualifications, ensure that I bring a deep understanding of Spanish grammar vocabulary and cultural nuances to our lessons.

My approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to practice and improve their language skills. Initially I assess the students current level of Spanish proficiency through conversation written exercises and comprehension test. Together with the student, we establish clear achievable goals, based on their needs and aspirations. Based on the assessment I develop a personalized learning plan that includes a mix of vocabulary, building, grammar exercise, speaking practice, listening comprehension, and reading activities.
