About Rachel
Hi! My name is Rachel, and I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. After college, I hope to work in a Forensic Science Lab, specifically with DNA analysis. I took thirteen Advanced Placement classes in high school, so I am comfortable tutoring advanced courses, as well as middle school and high school-level curriculum.

I believe in different learning techniques, so getting to know my students first is important. I like to have a student walk me through what they understand, to identify where they are stuck and then move forward with trying to bridge the gap to understanding the topic. I am excited to provide lessons for middle or high schoolers, and to get to know my future students.
