About Tejus Metrani

I am a guitarist with more than 9+ years of experience. I have also composed and arranged songs for people around India. I have also trained so many students till now and can say that they are doing a very good job. Also have performed at stage shows as well as gig shows coz I believe in showcasing talent when you have it with you. Also a participant of "India Film Project".

About the lesson

The method I use is completely different than many other tutors. I don't prefer bookish language and I focus more on my own teachings. I believe that every student has a unique talent with them, it's just that they need someone to help them get to know what all they can do. I provide my own syllabus and easiest classes for you so that you can understand very quickly, easily and in a fun way! I CAN ASSURE YOU, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO PLAY GUITAR IN JUST A FEW CLASSES. I ALSO COVER VARIOUS IMPORTANT TOPICS WHICH EVEN MUSIC INSTITUTES OR OTHER TUTORS DOESN'T INCLUDE IN THEIR CLASSES! Note: Classes provided only for 17 years and above.

Perfect! It was excellent to see such talented tutors. I honestly tried many studies before but I could not find any suitable. But with Tejus you get to learn so many things in just one class which is very rare to find tutors who include so many topics in just one class. Tejus = knowledge X100 .

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
The subject which I teach is music (Guitar). I developed this skill around 5-6 years back reason being I was so fascinated by seeing musical instruments when I was a kid and I had decided that I had to learn any instruments to finally I chose guitar and I m now a professional guitarist and can teach the students efficiently.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
The biggest motivation for me is myself because according to me in this world, you are the only inspiration for yourself. So me, myself is the inspiration and I get motivated to play something new everyday.
How does your work help society?
Honestly, if my work is helpful to the society then that's well n good. Now a days there's so much anxiety and stress in our lives and if I teach someone to play any instrument then it will be very helpful for those who are suffering from stressful life as music helps in curing stress problems.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
If I had to choose a role model for my work, then I would choose a famous music director (Amaal Malik) reason being his compositions and music are so awesome that anyone can fall in love with music. So yeah I would choose Amaal Malik as a role model for my work.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Talking about my hobbies outside teaching, I really like to play outdoor games like cricket. In fact I was a cricketer in my school days, I used to play for my school team and of course I hold record of few hundred runs as well. (Ha ha)
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Anecdote - hmm.. I actually have many but I would like to talk about one experience. Before joining SuperProf I used to take offline guitar classes for my students and there was a guy call Piyush. He was very dedicated towards his work and now after he has become a successful guitarist, he always thanks me for teaching him in a unique way. That actually kind of brings tears in my eyes because I have done something good for someone and that's very important in life.
