Having always been a sportsman, it is with passion that I want to help others achieve their sporting goals by having fun, by passing on my knowledge and my experiences. Learning to surpass oneself physically allows you to evolve in your life in general and to progress at all levels, mentally and socially.

Circuit training, fun games, elastiband and TRX uses will be my methods to animate my coaching sessions, I like to vary my sessions so as not to fall into the routine and always progress.
The sessions will take place for one hour at home or in the parks!
