I am a graduate of ODU. I lived in the Hampton Roads area my entire life. I am currently a varsity girls basketball coach at a local high school. I enjoy teaching kids not only how to but how it can apply to everyday life.

I have prior experience teaching Algebra 1 at the high school level. I am also a high school basketball coach and still continue to help my players with Algebra 1 when needed. I have taught kids Algebra using longhand so they have a true understanding while making it fun. Applying Algebra 1 to their interests is how I approach teaching.
