About Dan
After a successful 15-year career in the private sector, working for globally recognised brands such as Fox and PwC, Daniel transitioned into teaching in 2019. Drawing on this real-world commercial background, his aim is to make Economics and financial literacy engaging and accessible to young people, helping them see the relevance of the subject beyond the classroom. Daniel has led Business and Economics departments in several schools and has also worked as an AQA examiner. This dual experience, as both a departmental leader and an examiner, gives him a detailed understanding of exactly what is required to achieve top grades, and he uses this insight to give every student the best possible platform for future success.
