About Yama

See my linkedin (concealed information) Aside my study in strategic management where I researched cognitive aspects of entrepreneurship, I realized how much my own martial arts back ground helped me in being productive , dealing with conflict with people and being assertive and stress resilient. As a former amateur boxing champion in the Netherlands, I want to combine coaching people physically and mentally to be more productive and fit in their daily life and profession.

About the lesson

Due to my own boxing matches and experiences I pay attention to boxing technique and psychology. In my training I am using boxing techniques to help you become more stress resilient and stronger and make the connection to the mental aspects. We are simulating fighting scenario to learn to deal with pressure.
