My teaching methodology is be two topic ahead. Teaching basic concept and breaking them down. Mixing e.g grade 10 and 11 so that grade 10 sees that grade 11 work isn't hard and grade 11 just reminding them their basic. At the end of the year we have grade 10 prepared for grade 11 and grade 11 going to grade 12 with proper understanding of their basics...
