Position Specific Drills that relate to in game scenarios! Start with warmups, into footwork drills or speedwork, and finish with positional drills. End every session with recruiting advice/summary of things to improve on! Willing to adjust practice schedule based on athletes needs and what they want to focus on!

Adan is a great football coach!! He helped me go from having less then 10 tackles as a starter to having 110 the next season all due to his workouts and training sessions with him. Highly recommend him to any other athlete out there looking for a training coach Adan is your guy!!!
Adan is a relentless trainer who is invested in your progress and results in your personal journey for improvement. Personally he has helped me immensely with the linebacker position specifically, bringing me from a 2nd string to a 2nd Team All League Linebacker for my school. He works details and adapts drills to your areas you lack skills in to work them and make those weaknesses into strengths. Would highly recommend for any athlete looking to improve their game as his intellectual side of the game is also on another level.
