About Bryce
I signed an NAIA scholarship after one year of competing in the 100m dash at the high school level. At my second university, my coach was ranked in the top 40, globally, for her 100m dash time. She went on to finish 8th at the US trials. I met and observed Olympians training. Understanding the work and effort it takes to reach the top of physical fitness is within my realm of knowledge.
During my time competing in collegiate track I encountered hamstring injuries. While at the time this was devastating, it actually allowed me the opportunity to learn body mechanics and study coaching. Each day at practice my coach would quiz and educate me on different form errors, etc. I was later able to identify that my pelvic tilt was increasing the load to my hamstrings and eventually lead to my injuries.

My lessons are centered around your goals. I can design programs to improve vertical jump, broad jump, 40 yd dash times, etc. I have trained football players, speed cyclists, basketball players, and track athletes. We will design a training regimen and improve form along with basic body mechanics.
These training sessions and routines are available for ages 8-55. Additional consulting for weight lifting programs are available as well.

Bryce has been a great friend and even better tutor/teacher. During the years I was In college he was readily available to assist when there was something I didn’t understand. He took the time to explain solutions in multiple ways until I got it. He has a passion for teaching and it reflects in how he helps people.
I currently am a student enrolled in AP Precalculus, a math course that genuinely is so difficult, me and my friends at school complain about on almost a daily basis. Personally, I believe the only reason I have a good grade and decent understanding in that class is because of the amazing tutoring services Mr. Decker provides.
He is extremely accommodating through him being available to drive to various locations for a session or even just doing it online. I typically do my sessions online with him which are super convenient. He is very punctual for our sessions and even is willing to sometimes finish up a question or 2 past the scheduled time.
This leads to my next point on how patient and attentive to detail he is. He always thoroughly explains each of my questions to me and even when I forget simple algebra he is still so kind and never frustrated with me. He can also very effectively come up with many different ways to explain something if one way is a little hard to understand.
I have never had a negative experience having Mr. Decker as my tutor and I could never know what to do without having him around for help. From his patience, punctuality, and attentiveness to detail, there is no other person I'd rather have tutor me.Professor Decker was my discrete mathematics professor. I was struggling in the beginning especially since English is my second language. I was afraid that I will not pass this class. However, professor Decker was very understanding and helped me a lot. I regularly came to his office hours. He was always happy to help and never made me feel less of myself. He can explain in many different ways so everyone will get it. I started to enjoy discrete math because it became fun and entertaining with professor Decker. Also I took his statistics class which was also a joy. If anyone has opportunity to work with professor Decker they are lucky ones!
Professor Decker/Bryce is an amazing teacher! He taught me college algebra at Concordia University! He always took the time to answer my questions and to help me with whatever I needed help on! He is so kind and was always there to give a helping hand! Some topics in algebra were pretty challenging but he was able to explain it all in a way that helped not only me understand, but the whole class. He also made the class so much fun!!
