About Nailea
Given that i was once a swimmer, i know the importance that the mind plays in swimming in terms of focus, positivity, passion, and more. I make sure to give all my students constructive feedback as well as words of affirmation, so that they feel optimistic about swimming and improving. Learning and effort especially in swimming, is a journey that should be enjoyed, for all sorts of levels and ages.

I can teach basics to anyone with no experience and eventually develop their swimming to a more advanced level. I'm also able to work as a coach for an already experienced swimmer using customized sets for technique correction and dropping times.
The methods I've learned from my personal experiences as a private coach as well as from former programs I've worked for are applied based on what works best for the swimmer's individual personality and comfortability in the water.
Each lesson plan is specific to the swimmer and their progress.
