About Omar
I started college pre-med, switched into economics, and built a career by learning how to navigate environments I had no prior experience in — consulting, fintech, and now strategy at LinkedIn.
Along the way I managed private equity clients at an a16z-backed fintech startup and more than doubled my salary in a single year. Adaptability and knowing how to present yourself in unfamiliar rooms has defined my career — and it's exactly what I help others develop primarily through their job search.
I hold a degree in Economics and Biology with a CS minor from Boston University, and completed a fellowship at Harvard Business School.

My sessions are built around one idea: most people don't fail job searches because they're underqualified — they fail because they haven't learned how to translate their experience into language that lands.
Every session starts with where you are. First-time applicant or seasoned professional, I diagnose what's holding you back — whether that's a resume that undersells you, a shaky 'tell me about yourself,' or nerves around case studies and technical questions.
From there we build: a clear personal narrative, a framework for approaching applications, and targeted practice on whatever stage of the process you're in — screening calls, behavioral interviews, case interviews, or offer negotiation.
I've been on the other side of this. I navigated into roles I wasn't 'supposed' to get yet — youngest on my team, jumping salary bands, moving into strategy at LinkedIn. I teach what actually worked, not textbook advice.
