I'm Alfred, a former educator who began my teaching career through Teach For America. I’ve taught elementary and middle school students across diverse communities, and now specialize in one-on-one tutoring for grades 3–9 in Math, English, Reading, and Science. My Method
I mix structure with flexibility: each session starts with a quick review, moves into guided practice, then independent work with feedback. I focus on building both skills and self-assurance.
