About Thomas
I'm pretty sure I'm the only guy in history who's been in the Peace Corps, the Army, and the NSA. During my Peace Corps service in Tanzania, I taught math for 2 years at high school. My students did very well in spite of the fact that I sometimes had to lecture in Swahili. The most common topics I've tutored are algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics. I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, so I can tutor chemistry as well.

I've taken and done well on many standardized tests. I know what will get asked and thus what topics should be the focus of study.
Most of my teaching and tutoring experience has been with high school math students, but I've had students older and younger than that.
My specialty is math; particularly for the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, and GED.
