About Susan
I have a BS and MEng in Applied Math and Computer Science and an MBA. I worked at Texas instruments for 17 years as an engineer. I taught 6th,7th,8th grade math, Algebra and Algebra II for 17 years. I have tutored many students, one of which said I was the best tutor ever. I know how to make math easy.

I base my classes on how the students react and what they need. I have taught remediation through honors level classes and have been successful by watching student facial expressions and body language. I ask questions to help students think through the problem on their own. This helps them remember and gain confidence.
