About Al
I am an engineer with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Information systems. I have worked as a substitute teacher for nearly two years and am a certified as a teacher in mathematics, chemistry and computer science in the state of New Jersey. During my time as a substitute, I mentored students in chemistry and math.

My teaching methodology is:
1) Establishing rapport with the student and get a clear idea of their background and history.
2) Establish the session's goals at the beginning at the beginning of the session. If there were a prior session, give a short summary those results to provide continuity.
3) If the goal is large, divide the goals into sub-goals.
4) Proceed with the lesson, check for understanding at the end of each task.
5) When finished, review the results listen to client feedback.
6) Generate a conclusion, use current information and client feedback to make corrections to improve future lessons.
