Went to Culinary School in Argentina, and worked as a Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor for 3 years, at a very prestigious Peruvian restaurant in New Mexico. I sell cakes and pastries. I love teaching and helping people feel comfortable in the kitchen while learning and having fun!
