About Melina
Hi!
My name is Mélina, I'm 28 and I'm a management and finance consultant for labels and music publishers.
I am also passionate about sports, art (bass guitar, vocals, drawing, photo, etc.) and new technologies.
I played in high level competition for ten years before finally concentrating on my studies after obtaining my high school diplomate. After ten years of enriching human and professional experiences, I understand that I can not live without sports!

Hello!
I offer sessions for any type of player, beginner or competitor, for the pleasure of the game or the desire to improve.
I adapt to any type of player and am available to help you progress, both mentally, physically and technically. We can also just play for fun.
To progress, I can guide you to improve your serves, distribute balls to improve your movements, your technique, your backhands and forehands, advise you on your cardio and abdominal exercises and put you in a competitive situation but we can also just have fun by playing without any pressure.
Each session is preceded by a warm-up session and ends with a stretching session, for a maximum of 1h30 per session. Don't hesitate to bring a water bottle, a towel and your best mood just to be comfy.
