About Lona
I grew up in a bi-lingual household and studied languages (French and German), attending boarding school in Germany where I was immersed in the language. I studied International Relations at UC Berkeley and have an International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. I mastered both languages and conducted business in both countries. I worked as a marketing executive in Satellite Communications for ten years. I now would like to help students have those kind of opportunities for themselves.

I have the ability to make learning a foreign language fun. Having worked as a professional in Paris, I have the ability to teach all levels. I can work to a lesson plan if necessary. The ability to pronounce and annunciate French is crucial to being accepted in their culture, so I stress the ability to speak like a French person.
