About Roger
The usage of the math lab at the Greenville, TX campus of Paris Junior College by 300% during my tenure. My experience included me working at Texas A&M University at Commerce. Some of my students have had successful careers. While I attribute their success to their own individual efforts, it was my pleasure be there during a vital part of their preparation.

My experience has given me several methods to use. One is using homework assignments to assess your understanding of the material and your overall math skills. Another method is asking leading questions to guide you the answer. Sometimes, I use a bottom-up approach on the topic on hand by doing examples while explaining what I am doing, guiding students through while they do an example and letting the learner work the examples and then evaluate the work. My experience has included working with pupils from middle and high schools as well as college students. My skills allow a student to pass a class or prepare for different standardized tests.
