I am a former math teacher with a masters in mathematics education, certified to teach grades 7-12. I love connecting with students, understanding what drives them, and helping them break down concepts into simple, manageable chunks.

Math learning is all about repetition, and not just watching your teacher do it, but doing it yourself! I give my students ample opportunities to determine how to solve the problem themselves, and ask them questions to prompt their thinking so when an assessment comes, they are prepared to think in that same way.
