I have two master's degrees--one in English and one in Education. I spent three years teaching English to high school and middle school students, and now I work at the public library. I love talking with kids about books and helping them gain a better understanding of English language and literature

My teaching methodology is mostly by teaching through examples, and through projects. I find that most kids who aren't grasping the material have only had concepts explained to them in one or two ways, and they usually don't have much experience synthesizing and creating using the knowledge with which they're working.
