About Danielle
Danielle Timmons is an international education and development professional. She currently works as an Academic Support Coordinator for the University of Texas at Dallas and has a private tutoring business entitled "BOOM POW:Tutoring". She most recently worked as a Learner Services Advisor at Ultimate Medical Academy. She served as a Peace Corps English education teacher in Cameroon (2017-2019) and a graduation candidate advocate for Acceleration Academy. She formerly worked as a Spanish teacher at Clarkston High School and as a youth coordinator in the CFUL's Youth Services & Crime Prevention Department. Danielle is a professional with a diverse range of experiences ranging from non-profit to government. Some of her other experiences include teaching in the country of Georgia and Germany, public diplomacy experience with the Department of State in Washington DC and Honduras, project management and administrative work with the non-profits Florida Association for Volunteer Action in the Caribbean and the Americas (FAVACA) and the Central Florida Urban League.
