About Isaac
Hey, I'm Isaac – and I'm here to make fitness and nutrition actually make sense. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in strength training, functional fitness, and body recomposition. Before becoming an educator, I competed as a professional BMX athlete, which taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and smart programming. I got into teaching because I saw too many people overwhelmed by conflicting information and complicated advice. My mission is simple: break down fitness and nutrition into clear, understandable concepts that you can actually use. When I'm not teaching, you'll find me in the gym, riding BMX, or researching the latest science on performance and nutrition. I genuinely love this stuff – and I love helping others build the knowledge and confidence to reach their goals. Looking forward to learning together!
