About Keith
I expect my pitchers to listen watch and learn.Your only going to be able to get better by working hard, setting goals and having a routine.I have alot to offer and I want to give back to the players by teaching what was taught to me.Things like focus breathing one pitch at a time.First pitch strikes setting hitters up.Using your fielder's to get outs throwing the least amount of pitches.proper mechanics and breaking down your mechanics and learning release points.How to hold the ball and work on and learning how to throw different pitches.

I teach proper mechanics.Release points breathing and visualizing.Goals routines and situational baseball.How to build arm strength and properly take care of your arm and prevent injuries.I was drafted in the 22nd round out of High school by the California Angels as a left-handed pitcher.I had alot of raw talent and after my second year I made the rookie league all-star team.I worked really hard and learned so much from watching and listening to some of the games best pitcher's and pitching instructors.like Marcel lachmann, Rick Wise and Daryl akerfields.If your willing to listen and work hard.I know I can help get you to we're you want to be as a pitcher.
