About Emma
I can (and do!) work with any level of French! As someone who learned in college, I have recent experience in learning the language. I am happy to go as fast or slow as necessary to help you grow! I have significant French cultural knowledge, having lived in France before myself, and having completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees in the subject at Bucknell University and Boston College.

My lessons are very hands on and student-focused. I like to let the student lead the learning and help them to learn based on their interests and their experience. I’m well practiced in this method, as I use it to teach my high school students daily.
