About Cnierva
My former students have told me that I have a lot of patience and able to articulate my lessons clearly. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in biological sciences and molecular biology with a minor in chemistry and taught middle school for 18 years. I also taught conversational English for 10 years to students from different countries. When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling to other countries, playing and watching tennis, doing yoga, and creating artwork.

Learning is fun! I focus on the learning style and ability of my students while creating a safe and encouraging learning environment. A typical lesson plan would be asking the student what they already know about the subject and promote self-discovery using a variety of resources such as experimentation, videos, and outdoor activities. I am passionate about teaching science, enjoy the learning process, and able to teach middle to high school students.
