I'm very understanding when it comes to cancelling an appointment, which is why I ask that they be made no less than hour before the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than an hour before (permitting it's not an emergency and the travel time is less than 20 minutes), I will charge $10. If the travel time is more than 20 minutes and the appointment is cancelled less than an hour before then I will charge $25 to make up for the travel time and gas spent.
