My teaching methodology is focused on mastery and development of skills. My goal through this method is to help those master the content to become as proficient as possible in obtaining their goals. Lessons are always adaptive to meet the needs of the student(s) learning style. In an group/class setting the lesson would be introduced in smaller groups based on the students’ learning style. My delivery includes various styles of activities and examples to help and introduce the content. It is especially important to me to include music, movement, and visual examples to help with comprehension. The lessons will always come to real work context and grow as a stepping stones.
