About Dylan
I’m a former Russian Linguist for the NSA and a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force so I have experience in public speaking and I have foreign language skills as well as the important skill of being dependable and showing up on time. During my time at Belmont University, I have focused on improving my skills as a singer, guitarist, audio engineer, producer, sound designer and songwriter. My father is a choir teacher and I grew up learning how to sing from him as well as just learning how to best teach young musicians and he is also a resource I can reach out to if I encounter any issues in my teaching. I offer both technical teaching at a college level for performance and music theory as well as generalist advice for many different facets of music creation and performance and I’ve been a professional musician and touring artist for years.

Russian
The modern musician needs to know how to make a decent demo and have proper presentation of their skills in order to have an advantage over their peers when looking for work. I can give young musicians those skills along with proficiency of their instruments with practical lessons that target both generalist skills of musicianship as well as particular goals they might have. My goal is not to create a guitarist or a singer from a student, but a musician that is performance ready to get a gig and have additional skills to get a call back.
