About Paulina
Growing up an elite athlete, I appreciate the impact that a great coach can have on a child's life. My degree in Sports Medicine has awarded me with the knowledge to understand the body from a biomechanical perspective to better your technique in the water. Further, my experience working in pediatric and adolescent mental health has helped me understand the challenges in learning a new skill and how to best overcome them. I strive to utilize my background to provide the most helpful, impactful, and important coaching your child will receive.

Lessons are available for ages 4+ in water safety, proper technique, or any individualized goal you or your child have. My coaching style is fun but focused, no-nonsense but compassionate and all about understanding my student for the most efficient path to success. I utilize mental training strategies, grounding techniques, and skill progressions to get you or your child to the goal as soon as possible.
