About Silva
As a former graduate and undergraduate student in geology, I believe I developed the necessary skillset to tutor the various subjects I tutored in undergrad. I am a light-hearted guy who won't instantly scold you at the first mistake during the talk-throughs or practice questions. In my second-to-final semester of undergrad, I was a mentor to 15 freshmen and transfer students while tutoring, performing research, and attending courses. Thus, I have seen the whole enchilada in terms of students' questions and concerns, and believe I can help you reinforce the skills you need to succeed in those absurdly difficult college courses.
