About Henry
I'm a former university instructor with five years of teaching experience, and an engineer who has spent a career making complex ideas simple. I've taught students at every level, from young learners building their first foundations to university students preparing for exams and admissions.
What students and parents tell me they value most is patience. I don't rush, I don't make anyone feel behind, and I'm calm with learners who find math or science stressful. My job is to find exactly where a concept stopped making sense and rebuild it clearly, so confidence grows alongside grades.
Alongside math and science, I teach Python and practical AI skills, including how to build AI agents and automate real tasks, which I cover through hands-on projects because I build these tools myself. Whether you want to catch up, get ahead, or learn something genuinely new, I'll meet you where you are.

I'm a former university instructor and an experienced engineer who makes math and science genuinely click for students at every level, from elementary and high school through college and university. I tutor Math, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, and Python, and I also teach practical AI skills: how to build AI agents and automate real tasks, which I cover through hands-on projects for teens and adult learners.
My approach is patient and built around the individual student. A typical lesson starts by pinpointing exactly where the confusion is, then rebuilds the foundation underneath it before moving forward, because most struggles come from a gap two steps back rather than the current topic. I use clear, step-by-step explanations, real-world examples from my engineering career, and plenty of guided practice so students learn to solve problems on their own.
Having taught at the university level, I know how to break complex material down for any age and how to prepare students for exams and admissions. As a practicing engineer, I have built AI agents myself, so I teach this from real experience, not theory. I'm calm with anxious learners, flexible across learning styles, and focused on building real confidence, not just short-term grades. Lessons are available online or in person.
