About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I have been swimming competitively for 10 years. I competed in Junior Olympics during middle school and freshman year of high school and was also a varsity swimmer in high school. Swimming has been a huge part of my life, and I love helping others become more confident and comfortable in the water. I am patient, encouraging, and focused on creating a positive learning environment for every swimmer. Whether someone is just learning water safety or looking to improve their technique, I enjoy helping swimmers grow their skills while making lessons fun and supportive.

I create a supportive and encouraging environment focused on confidence, technique, and water safety. Lessons are personalized based on each swimmer’s age, skill level, and goals. A typical lesson includes warm ups, stroke and breathing drills, technique work, and fun skill-building exercises. I use patience, demonstrations, and positive feedback to help swimmers improve comfortably. Lessons are great for beginners, children learning water safety, and swimmers wanting to improve technique or competitive skills
