About Victoria
Hi! My name is Victoria, and I absolutely love the French language and culture, so my goal is to help pass this passion for learning and my knowledge on to you! I have 3 years experience in teaching French to high school students, including ATAR Year 11-12 , and have been on cultural exchanges to both Reunion Island and France, as well as hosted exchange students from these countries. Hi there! Here's a little about a typical French class with me:
- I'll start off tutoring first with getting to know the student, their French learning goals, what area they most need help with. From there we can ascertain what kind of work we'll do in each lesson. I firmly believe in practice practice practice, and will spend time on speaking, listening, reading and writing each week according to the curriculum.
- I am a former ATAR French student, and have topped French every year since Year 7, and won the Alliance Francaise Highschool Exams 3 years in a row, so I am comfortable and well-versed with schook requirements for French. I have also been on exchanges to French speaking countries (including France), and am able to teach beginner-intermediate level French, as well as just speaking practice!
