About Elena
My name is Ellie I’m a gap year student about to go to Bristol University to study biology. I always had an affinity to mathematics and science - biology being my favourite which is why they are the topics I wish to teach. I received A*s in both subjects at A level and an A and an A* at GCSE level. I have done part time maths tutoring whilst still at sixth form and I was a biology ambassador for my school as well. The best part of teaching is finding new methods for students to learn as not all students learn in the same why - it is exciting to have a challenge and it is worth the challenge when a student understands something that they hadn’t before
