About Roman
I am a third-year Computer Science student at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with 2 years of university-entry tutoring experience.
My mathematical background includes four university-level Mathematics Olympiad prizes, including two 1st Places. I also placed 19th nationally in the Ukrainian Physics Olympiad for 11th-grade students.
I enjoy working with ambitious students who want to go beyond routine school exercises and build the kind of mathematical thinking needed for demanding STEM and university paths.

My lessons focus on strong foundations, clear reasoning and learning how to solve unfamiliar problems independently rather than simply memorising methods.
I teach advanced school mathematics, calculus, linear algebra, proof and competition problem solving. Lessons are online and usually 60–90 minutes.
I adapt the level and pace to the student, but I expect them to explain their reasoning, justify steps and actively engage with problems rather than passively follow examples.
New students can begin with a short free diagnostic session so I can understand their current level, goals and mathematical foundations before regular lessons begin.
