About Amber

I am a fourth-year student in the English teacher training program with extensive internship experience in pre-vocational secondary education (vmbo), senior general secondary education (havo), vocational secondary education (mbo), and international primary education. During my studies, I have independently taught lessons and guided students at various levels. My approach is patient, structured, and personal. I believe it is important that students feel at ease, dare to ask questions, and gradually gain more confidence in their English skills.

About the lesson

My lessons are aimed at secondary school students and vocational students who want to improve their English or need extra support. I work with clear explanations, engaging exercises, and plenty of opportunity to speak. A typical lesson begins with discussing questions or school material, followed by targeted explanation and practice. I tailor my approach to the student's level and pace and pay attention to self-confidence, structure, and understanding of the language.

Ze geeft op een rustige,leuke en begripvolle manier de bijles in het tempo dat Iza ook aankan.
En is betrouwbaar,komt haar afspraken na.

Sinds Iza bijles krijgt van Amber heeft ze al twee maal een voldoende behaalt. Voorheen lukte dit niet. Haar zelfvertrouwen groeit en dat is los van betere resultaten ook erg belangrijk. Een aanrader dus!!
