About Jata

I am lawyer by profession, but often feel that law subject is coated with ambiguity, but once the veil is lifted, it's the most interesting and one of the richest subject to dive deep in. As I have experience of learning from IIT KHARAGPUR, I know the best way to teach a topic by creating an innate interest.

About the lesson

An accomplished legal professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in various facets of law, including legal drafting, contract negotiations, intellectual property rights, and legal research. I am Assistant Professor at a prestigious Law University. I hold an LL.M. from IIT Kharagpur with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law and have cleared the UGC-NET, qualifying me for the role of Assistant Professor in the law stream. Additionally, I have qualified for the Bihar Judiciary Mains examination, demonstrating my thorough understanding of judicial processes and state laws. My practical experience includes handling complex legal matters at the Patna High Court, working with reputed law firms, and contributing to legal education through internships and research projects.
