Maths teaching has three methodology as I feel and that is Practice, Practice and Practice. It is the best and the simple way of teaching skill . However I prefer to teach firstly starting from the very understanding of the topic and then moving through the solved examples, as examples makes the understanding very clear and simple to comprehend.
Lastly comes the practise of questions after understanding and solving different problems based on that understanding which is a way of cross checking the theorems by applying those theorem to problem and achieving the desired result through it.
