About Jutta

Hello! Bonjour!
My name is Jutta, I'm a French and German actress based in Los Angeles and love to teach French on my free time! I was born and raised in France by a French mother and a German dad and speak both languages fluently. I was always passionated about learning new languages and taught myself English before coming to the US.
My main goal as a teacher is to share this passion with my students and create a comfortable atmosphere of learning.

About the lesson

Born and raised in France I came to the US when I was 18 and graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2024. I used to teach French, English and Mathematics when I was still in France and really enjoy to share my knowledge about my native language!

My goal is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment specific to each student. With practical, real-life applications, ensuring that students not only understand grammar and vocabulary but also feel confident using French in everyday situations. I emphasize interactive conversation and cultural insights to strengthen both fluency and passion for the language. I want to make sure that learning French is enjoyable for all my students!

A typical lesson starts with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by the introduction of new material, often through real-world examples or conversational practice. I integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises.

As a young teacher, I adapt myself to each student’s learning style, whether they are beginners or advanced learners. My deep understanding of French culture adds an extra layer of depth to my teaching, helping students not only learn the language but also appreciate the cultural context!
