About Hugo

I currently study at the University of Aberdeen but I grew up in France between the city and the countryside. Spending my summers helping out my english friends on a small farm in Brittany. I grew up in a multicultural world meeting volunteers from all over the globe and have always loved sharing my knowledge and helping people understand and appreciate our culture.

I am easy going and looking forward to share my experience with my future students.

About the lesson

-For oral expression and comprehension I will typically agree on a topic to discuss with my student.
-For written comprehension and expression we may focus on a poem or and extract of a book of my choosing, discuss a news article etc

-I will introduced conjugation and grammar rules from time to time as we explore the subject but for those needing a further approach to grammar I can dedicate a few lessons to focus on that matter.
For advanced learners and those willing to improve fast I shall recommend french books to read, movie to watch and music to listen about which we may talk during the lessons.

-Previous experience in teaching french culture to an American summer school in Mayenne, France.

-For beginners to relatively advanced speakers
