About Kyla

I am a French tutor with 12 years of experience and a PhD in French Language Education. My teaching journey has been shaped by my love for languages, international cultures, and helping students communicate with confidence.

I believe language learning should be supportive, interactive, and practical. My lessons are carefully adapted to each learner, combining structured learning with meaningful conversations that help students improve naturally while enjoying every lesson.

Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring French literature, following international cultural events, and learning about different French-speaking communities. These experiences enrich my lessons and inspire students to develop both language skills and cultural appreciation.

About the lesson

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate with confidence while building strong language foundations. We begin with pronunciation, grammar basics, useful vocabulary, listening practice, sentence formation, and everyday conversations that encourage active participation from the first lesson. Every topic is explained in simple English using practical examples that make learning clear, enjoyable, and easy to remember. Students are encouraged to practice regularly in a friendly and supportive environment.

As students gain confidence, we work on verb conjugations, reading comprehension, writing practice, conversational fluency, listening exercises, idiomatic expressions, cultural understanding, and real-life dialogues. Lessons also include storytelling, role-play activities, and practical communication tasks that strengthen both accuracy and confidence. Personalized guidance ensures learners continue progressing at a comfortable pace.

My goal is to help students become confident French speakers who enjoy using the language in real situations. Every lesson develops practical communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural understanding while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
