About Stephanie
I became a French nerd in elementary school after a short-term French enrichment class. I took 4 years of high school French, spent a semester studying in Paris, France as part of my Tulane University B.A. in French, and completed my Master's in French online at University of New Orleans. I'm part of a "Tables Françaises" regular meeting of French speakers in the Shreveport area, most of whom are from France and teach in the Magnet schools. I love French and believe that you can, too!

I assess the student's level and learning style prior to choosing the lesson plans and curriculum. Having taught French at elementary through college levels, I have a vast library of curriculum to choose from. I also incorporate various forms of media - French music, movies, etc - as a means to encourage greater understanding and speaking the language.
