About Catherine

My name is Kate and I started teaching over 30 years ago, when I was a young student living in France. I then lived in the French-speaking part of Switzerland for 25 years, followed by five years in Spain. I have a passion for languages and I love sharing this passion with my students.

About the lesson

It's always great to have feedback from your students. It makes me very happy to hear my students tell me that they appreciate not only my lessons but also the support I give them, which boosts their confidence and motivation to learn. I love French and I love teaching, and this passion is reflected in my classes.
As an experienced teacher of both French and English, I tailor my classes to each particular student as I believe this makes learning more fun as well as efficient.

Ricky and Keri are super students. I always look forward to my lessons with them. We started off at quite a slow pace, but I've been pushing them over the past few weeks and they are making fantastic progress! Their enthusiasm, hard work and joie de vivre make teaching pure fun.
